Flowers on a Ring

This lampwork glass bead has numerous layers of glass to give it a lot of depth.  Amongst the flowers you will also find 2 - 2mm crystal CZs.  The ring shank I made with sterling silver.  To set the glass bead I used some industrial items (i.e. a brass screw w/a mini screw nut.  

The ring size is 7 1/2.

Galaxy Ring #1



This lampwork glass bead was made with a soft cream colour glass base and then rolled in glass powder with colours ranging  from deep purples to dusty pink.  You will then find fine silver embedded in the bead giving it the illusion of the gallaxy.  I then wirewrapped the bead with sterling silver wire.  

Ring size is 8.

Galaxy Ring #2

Denim & White Ring

This lampworked glass barrel bead has a white base w/spots of denim coloured glass.  It was then wirewrapped with sterling silver.  

Ring size is 9 1/5.  Perfect for the index finger.

Flowers in Pink Ring

This beautiful lampworked glass bead has a transparent smoky pink base layered with adorable pink and white flowers.  The flowers where then encased with more of the transparent smoky pink glass.  Looking at this ring from different directions shows the flower base extending down into the layer of glass below. The ring shank is sterling silver w/a very small brass nut and bolt.

Amber Glass Ring

There are two lampwork glass beads made with amber colour glass.  Between the two beads is a sterling silver bead.  The ring shank was stamped with a design and is made of sterling silver.  To attach the beads I used a tiny brass nut and bolt.

Cherry Candy Ring

The glass reminds me of a piece of cherry candy.  I used red glass and shaped the bead into a square shape.  The bead was then chemically etched to give it a soft look.  On either side of the bead are sterling silver square spacer beads.  The ring shank is sterling silver in which I have stamped a leaf design.  To attach the bead I have used a tiny brass nut and bolt.

Sea Glass Beaded Ring

I made the 2 lampworked glass beads with aqua colour transparent glass and chemically etched them to make them look like the soft sea glass that washes up on the beach.  There are three sterling silver spacer beads on either side of the beads and inbetween the beads.  The sterling silver shank was stamped with a star pattern.  Then to attach the beads I use a tiny brass nut and bolt.

Lifesaver Red Ring

This ring was made with 3 lampwork glass beads made with that Lifesaver Red glass colour and faint hints of gold aventurine giving it a slight sparkle.  The sterling silver shank was stamped w/a slight feather pattern.  The beads were then attached with a tiny nut and bolt.  

Ring size is 10.  This could be worn on the middle or index finger.
